Workspaces and permissions
Choose the right organisation and understand who can configure assistants, channels and billing.
An organisation is your shared workspace. Its assistants, documents, integrations, phone routes, WhatsApp channels and balances stay within that organisation.
Join and select a workspace
Sign in or accept an organisation invitation. If registration is closed, use Request access to contact the team. Open the organisation switcher and select the workspace you want to configure.
Before entering credentials or buying credits, check the organisation name. Switching workspaces changes the provider accounts, permissions and balances used by subsequent requests.
Organisation roles
| Role | Typical access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Manage the organisation, assistants, members, integrations and billing. |
| Admin | Configure assistants, channels, integrations and billing within the organisation. |
| Member | Use permitted workspace features; management controls are restricted. |
Owners and administrators invite colleagues through Manage → Members. Each colleague has an account; the organisation shares usage balances and plan limits.
Find your way around
| Navigation | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Workspace | Overview, leads and the AI Chatbot. |
| Build | Assistants, tools, website widgets, phone numbers and WhatsApp. |
| Observe | Call logs, reports and webhook logs. |
| Integrations | Provider connections and API keys. |
| Manage | Members, billing, organisation settings and your profile. |
Feature availability also depends on your plan. A missing management control may mean your membership role or plan does not allow it. Ask your organisation owner to check access.
