Cookie Policy
The cookies and browser storage used for sign-in, preferences, security, and optional assistant memory.
Updated October 7, 2026
What this policy covers
Signals and Sensors LLC uses cookies and related browser storage on Sigsen.ai. Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent with relevant requests. Local storage stays in the browser and is read by website code. Neither automatically contains a recording of your conversations.
Read this policy alongside our Privacy Policy.
Storage used by the current implementation
Authentication and security
The configured authentication system uses cookies to maintain a login, verification, and related security state. Names can vary with the authentication flow and environment. The configured session-cookie lifetime is up to 30 days; sessions can end sooner through logout, revocation, expiry, or security controls.
These cookies are necessary for authenticated functions. Blocking them can prevent sign-in and protected workspace access.
Browser recognition for assistant interactions
The sigsen-visitor cookie contains a randomly generated identifier with a configured lifetime of up to one year. It is created when a browser interacts with the voice-call identity flow, not simply because you viewed the homepage.
A keyed, organization-scoped identifier can link permitted memory for that browser. The cookie is marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict; Secure is enabled when the configured site URL uses HTTPS. The random identifier is not a voiceprint or a cross-site device fingerprint. A verified account can supply a separate account-linked identity.
The cookie's presence does not itself authorize persistent memory. Memory depends on the consent choice and assistant settings. Deleting the cookie breaks browser recognition but does not automatically erase stored memories or account-linked records.
Theme and interface preferences
Browser local storage remembers choices such as light or dark mode. Current theme keys include marketing-theme and saas-theme. The homepage is displayed in its configured light appearance; workspace pages can follow your remembered preference.
Preference storage has no application-configured expiry and remains until cleared or replaced.
Optional-cookie preference
The cookie_consent local-storage entry records the cookie banner choice as accepted or denied. It has no application-configured expiry. Essential authentication and security functions continue to operate when optional cookies are denied.
The current marketing application has no configured advertising or marketing-analytics cookies. Accepting the banner does not enroll you in advertising or enable voice recording, transcription storage, or persistent memory.
Third-party services
When used, external payment, sign-in, and anti-abuse services may use their own storage or receive request information. For example, checkout may involve Stripe and a configured contact form may involve Cloudflare Turnstile. Their practices depend on the service and configuration and are explained in their own notices.
This policy does not claim that every supported integration installs cookies in your browser.
Control and deletion
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies and local storage through your browser's site settings. This can sign you out, reset preferences, or prevent browser recognition.
To change the current banner choice, remove the cookie_consent local-storage entry for this site and reload to choose again. To delete persistent assistant memory, use the available "Forget history" control or contact the relevant organization; deleting browser storage alone is not a server-side erasure request.
Your optional-cookie preference is separate from microphone permission, recording consent, and memory consent. Manage those choices through the browser and the assistant interface as applicable.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy when storage practices change. Any new optional tracking that requires consent must respect the appropriate consent controls before activation. Contact details for cookie and privacy enquiries appear below.
